30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.

How to return

1. Email mumtazkhan6630@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will confirm your return and share the return address.
3. Post the item back to us. Once it arrives and is checked, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered — in that case we cover everything and will offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or wrong items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at mumtazkhan6630@gmail.com, and we will sort it out immediately — replacement or refund, your choice.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
