How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery across the EU and UK typically takes 7–20 business days; most Western European orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Every order is tracked.
Where do your products ship from?
We work directly with trusted manufacturing partners, so your order ships from the partner warehouse closest to you — including warehouses inside Europe for faster delivery on selected items.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can follow your order door-to-door from that link.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major cards processed securely through PayPal checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
No. All orders are delivered duty-paid — the price at checkout is the final price, with no extra charges on delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 7 days with a photo of the issue at mumtazkhan6630@gmail.com, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.
